Welcome to Bison Beer. We're a bar, bottleshop and brewery based in Brighton and Hove, actually. We stock a wide range of beer from around the world with a keen interest in the Sussex beer scene. We are local, independent and proud to be a part of what we think is the best city in the country.

In 2015 we started with a bottleshop that Shortlist scores in the UK’s top 10. Since 2016, we’ve been rated in the top 50 breweries in the country and in 2017 we expanded to Hove with an original concept to offer a bar/ bottleshop hybrid that was an instant success. Summer 2018 saw us open in Brighton’s famous North Laine, partnering up with Humble Plates to put on a bar, kitchen and hideout operation that truly has something for everyone.

Cooking up a storm at 103 North Road, the Humble guys have created a menu of bar snacks, hand food and small plates that are all designed to go perfectly with beer.

Campfire cooking is the concept of going back to the roots of hospitality. The aim to champion an authentic yet progressive style of cooking whilst celebrating the experience of gathering around a fire, enjoying honest food and sharing with friends. The menu will change from time to time and with the seasons but will always be accessibly priced and supremely tasty!
