Our food is inspired by a traditional Izakaya - go to after work drinking dens found tucked away in Japan’s
red lantern lit back alleys that specialise in small plates of food to be eaten alongside drinks.
Japanese food lets the ingredients shine through so we’ve sourced some fantastic produce from local farms that keep that ethos to make the difference in taste.
The servings are tapas size so you can mix and match dishes, and try new things without too much risk.
Food is brought out as it is ready not all at once. All dishes are designed to pair perfectly with a drink.
